Without limiting the above, EarnCash is expressly not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or misdirection of USDT or any other funds you send or receive.
• Incorrect wallet addresses, wrong network, duplicate payments, or payments without valid proof.
• Rejected, delayed, frozen, or cancelled deposits, investments, withdrawals, or referrals.
• Errors in displayed balances, profit calculations, daily credits, or contract completion.
• Server outages, bugs, maintenance, data loss, account suspension, or unauthorized access to your account.
• Actions of third parties: exchanges, wallets, banks, blockchain networks, hackers, or scammers.
• Tax obligations, legal penalties, or regulatory action in your country or region.
• Emotional, reputational, or business harm related to your use of EarnCash.

Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the platform is to stop using it. EarnCash does not owe you refunds, compensation, or legal damages except where local law absolutely requires and cannot be waived — and you agree that such cases are excluded to the fullest extent allowed.

This does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, trust, or fiduciary relationship. EarnCash does not hold funds on your behalf in a regulated custodial capacity. You use the platform as an independent user at your own risk.

7. Deposits & Payment Proof

• Deposits must be sent in USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) to the address shown on the deposit page.
• You must submit accurate payment proof. False, edited, or duplicate proofs may result in rejection without refund obligation.
• Admin approval of a deposit is discretionary. EarnCash is not liable if approval is delayed or denied.
• Minimum and maximum deposit rules, fees, and processing times may change without notice.

8. Investments, Daily Credits & Contract Completion

• Package purchases are final once processed from your wallet unless EarnCash decides otherwise.
• Daily profit credits and principal return at contract end depend on platform rules and system operation — not on verbal promises.
• If a technical error credits or fails to credit your wallet, EarnCash may correct the balance without liability for your claimed losses.
• Only one active investment may restrict withdrawals as shown on the withdraw page; rules may change.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to review, available balance, active package rules, and correct USDT payout details. EarnCash is not responsible if you enter a wrong withdrawal address, if your request is rejected, or if blockchain or third-party delays occur. Approved withdrawals are processed according to internal procedures; timing is not guaranteed.

10. Referral & Team Rewards

Referral bonuses and team milestone rewards are promotional features that may be changed, suspended, or removed. EarnCash is not liable if a referral does not qualify, if a bonus is denied, or if program terms differ from what you expected. You must not use spam, fake accounts, or fraud to obtain referral benefits.

11. Account Security & Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Activity under your account is treated as your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
• You must not hack, abuse, automate, or manipulate the platform; violations may lead to forfeiture of balance without refund.
• EarnCash may request information to verify identity or payments and may refuse service if verification fails.

12. Suspension, Termination & Forfeiture

EarnCash may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without reason, including suspected fraud, terms violation, or legal requirement. In such cases EarnCash is not obligated to release funds, pay profits, or provide explanations. Any balance may be withheld according to internal policy.

13. Indemnification — You Protect EarnCash

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EarnCash and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law, or any dispute between you and another user or third party.

14. No Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. EarnCash does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

If any liability of EarnCash is found despite these terms, the total amount EarnCash may owe you shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the fees you paid directly to EarnCash in the last thirty (30) days, or (b) fifty US dollars (USDT equivalent), or (c) zero where full exclusion is permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases, limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law.

16. Force Majeure

EarnCash is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, war, government action, exchange restrictions, blockchain congestion, smart contract failures, pandemics, or acts of God.

17. Privacy & Data

Information you provide (name, email, phone, city, country, payment proofs) may be stored and used to operate the service. EarnCash is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure caused by third-party breaches beyond our reasonable control. You agree not to share false or misleading registration details.

18. Intellectual Property

The EarnCash name, logo, design, and content are owned by or licensed to EarnCash. You may not copy, scrape, or resell the platform without written permission.

19. Changes to These Terms

20. Governing Law & Disputes
